I worked with Jennifer at DC Rentals and it made me want to get married on a monthly basis. She was WONDERFUL to work with and I had such a great experience designing our wedding in six short weeks. She was so flexible working with me on FaceTime since I was on the west coast before my wedding. I couldn't be happier with how the design turned out and I would highly recommend DC Rentals (Jennifer especially!!) to anyone in the DC area.

I had to get 2 chairs here last minute and they were able to help out in the blink of an eye. We even accidentally brought them the wrong chairs back and they politely informed us of the mix up. Everyone was professional and courteous.

I rented chairs from this place and I was worried about their quality in terms of wear and tear. But I was assured they were good and that's how they turned out to be. And they can be somewhat flexible in terms of when you want to return the chairs.

This is the worse service I've received in ordering chairs. The sales team is unprofessional and isn't on the same page. The general manager is rude. I would not recommend. Please do not rent from this business.
