My first appointment here. I was referred to KELLY by a close friend who’s been going to her for years ! I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and she DELIVERED just that ! She was really quick and did my nails to perfection ! I’ll definitely be going back.

Young man who did my pedicure stole $10 dollars from me. He also began to rush my service once i told him and the other staff that I only wanted pedicure. I paid with a $100 bill and my service was $45. I was supposed to get back $55 change. I did walk out without counting the change, but when trying to call back and tell the tech, he said he was going to check the cameras and hung up. I called back and they keep hanging up the phone. I get that i didn’t count my change as i should’ve but it’s the simply fact that he knows he got over on me and i can’t prove it since i left the shop before saying it was incorrect change He also goes to say “ I can file a report, and that I misplaced it”, but I literally didn’t touch the money again after he gave it to me and i put it in my jacket pocket they way he had it balled up.

I wear dip powder on my natural nails. I know only one Salon that knows how to do it correctly. I even tried to explain to them how to do it. I paid $75 for a pedicure and nails and both looked horrible after 1 week. They put gel on my toes instead of regular polish without asking me and charged me for it. I won't ever go back. Maybe they are better with other services but not the ones I need.
