I always visit this location and I tip extremely well. I will NEVER BE BACK. I’ve been attending for over 3 years every 2 weeks. They have a new owner and new people. Trish would always take care of me as well as Cathy and Tracey. A few others from when Trish was the owner. My last experience was with a nail tech who rushed and grumped every step of doing my manicure with dip polish. He had an attitude the entire time. The quality of my nails were horrible. This new management sucks and I won’t be BACK ever. I always would over tip and loved this place not anymore! I won’t be back! My nails broke the 1st week. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT ANYMORE

If you’re not white you wont get good service. I started coming here with my roommate when we first moved here and they would always offer her something to drink and not me when we clearly came together. But my nails were fine so no biggie. Then once I moved to a different location, I still drove to this establishment to get my nails done because they did my short nails how I wanted them. The last time I came, no offer of a drink when everybody before and after me got one (yes I was the only black person there) and two days after I called about my thumb cracking and I was told I’d have to pay to get it fixed. Stay away if you want to give your money to somebody who cares about you and your nail. Never coming back. Also, dont get dip. It’ll come out thin and see through.

I LOVE this place. They know my name, treat me well and do great work. Do I have to wait from time to time even though I made an appointment? Yes! But I know the risk and can appreciate them trying to accommodate everyone. They’re worth the wait ❤️ **update: they still rock! New pic since my nail style is different.**

We had an appointment but still waited 45 minutes. I would have left, but they already had my hand soaking in polish remover for dipped nails. We were there for over 2 hours for a dipped nail change and pedicure. I understand being short staffed, but I wish I could have left and gone to my usual place. The dipped nails that I received were less than satisfactory. I didn't say anything, because I just wanted to get out of there. I also ended up getting the dip flu from the type of glue they use. It happened to my mother as well. The pedicure was nice though. We just won't be back.
