Terrible place to go. Esp if your African American. The nail techs can’t do nails and you will be serviced last. While whites women get serviced before you even tho they came after you. Manager had an attitude and told me it’ll be 15 min before someone was ready. Ok no problem I don’t mind waiting. Then she talks to her coworker for 15 min then finally comes to do my nails. I walked out of there so fast. And clearly I should’ve read all the low reviews of this place ! Not only is it racist the nails techs are trash

I've had excellent experiences each of the ten times I've visited in the last year. My husband enjoys coming here too. Jane is attentive and sweet, as are the other techs that have worked on me. Highly recommend! There are massage chairs, tasteful decor, and wide screen tvs.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Rushed job and horrible service! I came in to get a gel pedicure and the lady that did it (she was one of the main ones in charge of the store) was rude and rushed through the entire service. No massage, no mail shaping, no hot towels, and she left my toenails all smudged with thick chunky polish. She was upset the entire time and it was NOT relaxing. My pedicure ended up ugly! $55 down the drain.
