Honestly, let me just say that Andy and his team did an absolutely wonderful job when I took my laptop in after it'd been having issues with its network adapter for a while. They fixed it right up and even cleaned the inside and addressed other minor issues for no extra cost. Not only that, but he and his team were also super friendly to me and listened to everything I had to say, and they're also very knowledgeable at what they do. With these things in mind, coupled with the very fair pricing they have (they charge an initial flat fee, then per every hour they work on your system), they've now officially become my go-to place for getting any kind of system repaired for any issue, and I'll definitely be back in the future.
