Service was ok, had to wait a little for our order but the waitress was nice and our food was delicious and the order was correct. Cleanliness could be improved. The windows were filthy so it was a bit off putting to sit right next to them in the booth. The condiment containers were all sticky as well.

I placed an order via the website for curbside service pickup, but needed a question answered before I ordered. I called and no one ever answered the phone. So, I went ahead and placed the order anyway. I received an email stating that I should call them on the phone when I arrived for my curbside pickup. When I got there, I pulled into one of the curbside parking spaces and they had a sign that said “text,” but the number was blacked out. I tried calling them again, but no one would answer the phone. I ended up going in, which I did NOT want to do, hence the reason for my curbside pickup. The little lobby area before you actually enter the restaurant was packed. Then the area by the register was packed with folks as well and there was no one standing at the register. I had to track down a waitress and told her I needed to pick up my curbside order and that no one was answering the phone. She told me that their phone wasn’t working and said something about an IT issue. I told her I wasn’t waiting in that crowded place and that someone needed to bring my order out to my car. She brought my order to my car about 5 minutes later. However, there were no plastic utensils, no salt and pepper (scrambled eggs were a part of the order), no butter for the waffles, and no napkins. Customer service unfortunately is atrocious pretty much everywhere you go these days. But service at this location has been bad for years and I have no idea how this place has stayed in business.

This is a pretty good ihop with some great service they were always trying their best to make sure we were comfortable and that all of our needs were met. It is well kept and managed for sure. The only issue we had is they didn’t have one of the things we ordered so we had to order something different but other than that it was an amazing experience.

Anyone reading the above review... PLEASE KNOW IT'S TRUE! I used to take my son to the location at Mockingbird & Abrams. It became horrible & we stopped going. So what did they do? Take the same staff & put in the new location. I visited once & between the raw food taking almost an hour to get though only 5 tables in restaurant, the managers openly in the restaurant have reprimand meeting with staff about their jobs... When I called corporate immediately, they were so proactive it went back to the store & 15 minutes later the manager that is the problem called me. They should know the person that is responsible for the problem isn't capable of correcting. Only offering was "come back anytime and tell them it's on me"...as if any staff would believe that! Super unprofessional.
