Horrible horrible horrible let me tell you I worked for IHOP for many many years worked my way up to upper manangment I know how the restaurant works in and out this is a new location and I hate to right a bad review but the location is trash.

Anyone reading the above review... PLEASE KNOW IT'S TRUE! I used to take my son to the location at Mockingbird & Abrams. It became horrible & we stopped going. So what did they do? Take the same staff & put in the new location. I visited once & between the raw food taking almost an hour to get though only 5 tables in restaurant, the managers openly in the restaurant have reprimand meeting with staff about their jobs... When I called corporate immediately, they were so proactive it went back to the store & 15 minutes later the manager that is the problem called me. They should know the person that is responsible for the problem isn't capable of correcting. Only offering was "come back anytime and tell them it's on me"...as if any staff would believe that! Super unprofessional.

It's a brand new store. I've worked for ihop for a very long time. This store needs work not to be bashed online. K thanks

I just came in on the New Year and two of the most raggedy women were at the front! I walked up and said hi and their immediate response was this nasty, "It's a 45 minute wait and 30 minutes for the food to come out." Like no customer service, no smiles. Just grouch and ugliness. Their exterior truly reflects their interior!

I wished I had read this reports prior. Referring to the Establishment on Gaston Ave. Bad all around. Only went in because was in the vicinity. Employee does not know how simple it is to take the money given, enter it in the Register & give back the correct change. I explained & still could no compren what I was trying to relate. Also was said IHOP does not deal with change over. So she keeps it. REALLY.

I'm usually optimistic about restaurants but the IHop on Gaston has terrible service. My omellete was very dry and had no seasoning. The staff is young and unprofessional. I returned my food, I refuse to pay for poor service and flavorless food. Zero 🌟

I had a wonderful breakfast. Perhaps the staff read the scrutiny and has since improved!

Still have no coordination and because they primarily cooking to go orders FIRST I would suggest order your meal before you call about an hour ahead and it should be ready when you arrive needs more help. Need.to hire more people. So for these reasons until IHop gets it right they only.get 3 stars. The servers were all nice people
