We showed up pretty late because of some unexpected issues but especially Yulia was very patient and helpful to us, she explained everything clearly and tried to get our job done although we stayed late, Yulia and Chelsea really helped us. Thank you so much.

Charges fee to cash check issued by BOA. This should be illegal and definitely feels like fraud despite being 'an industry standard'. Think about it for a moment, a check is a guarantee of cash value; however nowhere on the check is it noted that the cash value is less than the issued value. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK

I came here today to cash my paycheck. JENNIFER, one of the tellers working didn't acknowledge me when I came in. I was the only person besides another that was already being helped. When she finally did service me she looked me up and down and gave me dirty looks. I asked her if she could cash my check she did not respond just took the check from me without responding to my question! She proceeds to look the check up and down as if something was wrong with it. She starts flipping it over and then demanded my ID. I told her very politely I was in a hurry and usually I would go cash my check at my bank but I didn't have any time to go back across town. I felt like she did not want to help me specifically and she made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I stood there for 15 min just waiting for her to "process" my check. She said she had to reboot her system and was being very rude and cold. No customer service AT ALL she had it out for me and I don't know why. I will NEVER go back to this bank!!! She needs to be fired!!!!
