The guy with the white ear plugs won't actually help anyone. 20 minutes behind two people to get stamps while he hid around the corner. If he had helped me rather than turn me away 2 minutes in and out, but he hid and made the new girl do everyone.

Lady at the front was rude to me and my mother, used an aggressive tone and made the process of renewing my passport much harder.

Depends on the size, ours was the smallest, at 75 bucks a year. The price will increase each year also. Definitely worth it if you live in rural douglas county.
