Tried the church out today First third of the sermon was over everybody's head, as the pastor was talking timelines about when Galatians was writ in juxtaposition with acts. Clearly he knew it was extraneous information, as he said no one was following. For the thousands of dollars worth of tech there was zero PowerPoint guides to help the congregation understand anything that he was speaking about, just big screen video of himself. I saw one person took notes in the crowd which I assume the pastor would recognize that his flock does not take notes, and would attempt to assist further rather than show his knowledge base off. No scripture was read for the rest of the sermon, just talked about. All interactions between the person with a mic and the congregation seemed rehearsed and/or expected to be so. There was no spiritual engagement in the service, it was neat and tidy with no room for growth or stretching of ones comfort zones towards change. The only time you'll need your Bible is at the beginning when one person reads off a scripture. Don't plan on any attempt for your following along thereafter. Extra star for quality worship musician being roughly the only participatory aspect of this church and one short grace message at the end of the sermon.

Religious place open to the community, where many activities take place. The warm welcome, the sense of community where the other is important, is very present. It is interesting to participate in the meetings on Sunday morning, music, singing and profound reflections.
