I had a good experience from the moment I entered this store; I knew right away that they took their business seriously: the staff greeted me cheerily. Indeed, one has to show I.D. that is scanned; that should not be a surprise to anyone given the clearly marked policies. Janel welcomed me and offered help should I need it, and was pleasant and friendly upon checkout. We will continue to patronize this shop.

First of all I'm in my 60"s and my sister in her 70's, I have a 14 pound sercice dog on leash. We walk in and was told to pick up my dog that he had to be carried (no hello or good afternoon), I pick up my dog and then she said I need to see your ID, I show it to her meanwhile I am still holding my dog, she said I have to scan it. At this point I walk out. Do Iook below 40? Where are your manners? I was on a mission to spend quite a bit of money for someone for birthday and Christmas gifts. I'll go elsewhere!!

Unprofessional salesman Creepy lady Didn’t let me get in to the store Cause she did not like how I packer my car I did left a review on Google The lady or the owner replied calling me names !and lying I did not have the ID on me ! Good customers service guys !!!keep it like that ! Don’t forget , customer is always right!

My husband and myself are in the store a lot. Kaylyn the red head is super polite very friendly and always a pleasure... But I went in and unfortunately Kaylyn was not working and I had a terrible experience with the other two ladies that work on Friday very rude not helpful, both have very bad customer service skills 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for you Kaylyn.....
