They arrived 2 hours early even though I requested 6 pm or later. They called at 3 and said they would arrive in an hour. I said I would be at work and not home before 5. My neighbor called me to say they were at my house at 430. I rushed home. The pump for the air mattress did not work. I had to call and wait for a replacement. I asked about the wheelchair and cane they said they were out of stock and didn’t have them. I got the cane via Fedx a week later. They still have not delivered a wheelchair after 8 days. I also asked for a copy of the invoice and they said the office sends it. No invoice after 8 days. They delivered a air mattress and pump. The pump did not work. I had to call for a replacement and wait for another delivery

Thank you folks at Apria. I am new to a CPAP machine and they folks have been nothing but helpful. They’re making the transition very simple and supporting me to time I call and ask a question. I give them five stars plus. My doctor sent me to a different provider I’ve been waiting three weeks for a machine and they said it could take 11 weeks. I called Apria on Thursday and they got the prescription I needed. The machine was at my door four days later. I appreciate your promptness and again thank you for all your support

The email was sent too soon, I have not even received my products and have been waiting a very long time. So why send me this email to rate my experience? This poor customer care. I also called, trying to check the status of my order, and got very poor service and no answers on my order.

Ordered a hospital bed with Half rails through Kaiser. Apria gave us a delivery window between 8:00am and 6:00pm the next day. They no- showed and did not answer the phone. They called at 8:00pm and said they would be there by 10:pm. They arrived at 11:30pm with the bed but full rails which are unusable in our situation. Kaiser reordered the half rails on an expedited basis for safety purposes and directed them to call me to confirm. They did not call, just showed up when I was picking up a prescription and they argued with the 81 yr old recovering patient about why he even needed the half rails ordered by the doctor. They said they didn't have any and would have to change the whole bed and couldn't do it until the next morning. It is now 3:15 pm and no call from them and no delivery and they do not answer the phone. BUT then i found out they called the elderly recovering patient threatened him with collections saying we needed to pay a bill or they would send us to collections! We paid already by credit card. Disgraceful.

Best thing to do is go to there office the front lady who suppose to answer the phone is very rude and doesn't do her job right

Do not go with Apria. They are the worst people to deal with. Horrible customer service. My wife and I waited 3 months for a walker with several calls to follow-up and excuse after excuse. Then almost 2 months for a wheelchair which should have been a purchase and not once ever mentioned it's a rental based on a contract with the insurance
