This was my first time buying a car largely virtually/online. I loved it! Madison, my salesperson, was efficient, helpful, and a great communicator from the time I inquired about the car to the time I picked it up. My call with Robert to finalize financing was informative and efficient. I live in Louisville, about 2 hours away from this dealership, but would gladly buy future cars from here and make the drive to pick them up. The buying experience was worth it. Kings Mazda made such a very good experience. It was a huge decision for me and they were very supportive, understanding and accommodating. Unlike other places, everyone I talked to was never pushy. They were very transparent and helpful. No sales games. Potential for a great after sale customer care ( i just got my car so i hope it remains the same). I talked to multiple people and this was was my collective experience. Great dealership and I hope they keep it up!
