Excellent hospitality, but you must know someone in the Beaver Lake Association to use their facilities, rules and guidelines were discussed, profanity is prohibited and if caught, security will escort you off their property! Today this Association Welcomed International Foreign Exchange Student from many countries to Nebraska to study on the J-1 Visa program! Pontoon boat rides offered by the chairman host, kids participated in sand volleyball, swimming in the lake, picnic lunch and visiting with each other. Our group had a nice picnic shelter and public restrooms and showers were available!

Biased against renters and unmarried couples. Cannot use the amenities like we should be able to because we rent and are unmarried. Why would rules like this even exist if you weren’t biased?

Yes, there is a designated swimming area with a well maintained sandy beach. There is also a swimming pool with a diving board and water slide!
They are open Monday thru Friday, I belive 8 to 5, it is basically office hours.
