You don't. The staff here is horrible. They never anseer calls they don't answer the door you have to drop your rent into a slot that goes on the floor. Noone answers maintinece calls, shhh we only have one maintinence and hes not certified for anything. Don't live here. Run. Fast. Ill probably be evicted for answering your question! Heck I was almost evicted during covid and had to fight it in court with leagal aide! I've had poop water flow onto my property 5 times since I became aware of what it was and she treats me like the badguy. Evicts me every month! AhPs its on public record that the manager l was tried for money laundering prior to working here. If you're struggling, got kids or Medicare, like fluffy animals and flowers and need compassion in your life this is not the right place. Like seriously don't. I'm stuck here clawing for the life of me to leave as fast as we can. Don't even get me started about how she treats my autistic son and his mastermind baby sister. Oh jeese

From what I know about the park they don't answer my friend had the same problem with the park they have many vacancies it's not managed very well good luck he kept showing up that seems to get it moving

Ive got a friend of mine who's paying $375 for lot rent but it's for a trailer that's trashed and they was told they could fix it up at their expense got no title to the trailer they're living in and they had to put in stove refrigerator water heater and the roof leaking and mold everywhere and the people running the place is never in the office and if they are there they ignore you and never fix anything at all. This place sucks I'd never live there and the place is full of heroin junkies and pill heads too. All about the dope game there. My friends had no place to go and they never checked with me before they made the deal they did to move there. Now they regret moving there because they see everything that is going on there but we're told by staff it's a great community and trailer park. It's not I'd find another place to move

The only utility that is included with the lot rent is trash pick up. Pretty much all units have metered water which Westbrook includes in your bill, you are also responsible to pay sewer bill, however I am not sure how that bill is calculated. The few lots that don't have meters pay a flat fee of $72 per month for both combined.

Yes you can rent from the park. For a new mobile home, 3 bedroom. 2 bath for $795 includes lot rent

I would not try to live here, they are awful and don't care about the people who stay here and they are rude and disrespectful.
