The trailer park version of an HOA and rent is ridiculous now. Place isn't maintained enough to warrant the prices they're asking and management doesn't give a single solitary you know what about residents, just the $$$

You would have to contact them to be certain but I'm gonna say probably not. You can always try Westbrook mobile home park about two block down the street from Miami view.
