They don't answer the phone, told I'd receive my item by a certain day and now it's been twice as long and was shipped to the wrong place too. Not sure what to say, very surprised that Apple can miss the mark so badly on customer service. I will say people were very nice when I went to visit the store but again they missed the critical component. Called over 10+ times, no response. They answered once, only to hang up immediately after. Lol. Tldr: disappointed extremely!

This store is poorly managed, many of the Reps have a bad attitude. You feel like you’re in the hoodzzz Management isn’t present and no supervision

This has been the best store I have been to in the Dallas area. the service is phenomenal and I came in with a problem that I could not solve and Patrick made sure to help me and talk me through the process. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive. I will be going to this store more often because of their service and professionalism.

Exceptional customer service! I went in to the Genius Bar today with a screen issue on my MacBook Pro; Erica the manager, Dustin, and Josh went above and beyond to help me. They took extra care to evaluate my situation and were so considerate in their advice and troubleshooting. Very grateful!

Last year, I went to an Apple Store and asked someone to help me. Just need to prove that the iPad is mine.

A ton of them. I saw a kid in cuffs after attempting to 'try before buying from outside the store'! This store has a ton of everything Apple!!!

We ended up ordering ours online. They are hard to come by right now. Edit: Apple store online says they are available for pickup today at North Park.

They practice social distancing and long line to reduce the contact and glass between the associate and the customer
