The Apple store has classes on most of their products. There should be a schedule online or you can probably call the store to ask when the next MacBook class will be held.

Depends on your carrier sometimes it's cheaper to get from them than the Apple store. Remember there employees get paid off commission so they only sell the latest and the greatest, so if your not buying and just asking questions you won't get the best customer service, at least that's the service I received.

Naomi, the Apple store does not monitor these questions. I'm not sure if they still sell the 6s plus model. You will have to call the store. If you are having problems with a 6s plus model, they msy be able to repair it but you need to take it to the store for diagnosis.
