Called to make my husband an appointment, 1st appointment they cancelled, second appointment was suppose to be at 2pm they changed it to 10am and forgot to call and tell us, 3rd appointment they called to cancel they left a message I called multiple times finally got someone to tell me a new time which was 9am the same day with a different doctor, get there they said the appointment wasn’t for another week.I told them to cancel that appointment because we are finding new doctors. Obviously patients are not there priority.

Have been seeing Dr. Drake for several years and she is wonderful. Recently saw Dr. Montoya and she was very kind and understanding. Since this post, I have changed my mind about the doctor and the practice. Been waiting since December 2020 for a return call regarding medication. Obviously, I have found a wonderful doctor with Christ. Changed my rating from 5 to 2 stars. My last two years were very trying at this office.

Poor communication and management of new patient only providing a virtual visit. When I asked for more information regarding the disposition of the initial intake I was told I could not be transferred to the office.
