Please save your self from unprofessional, lack of experience non trustworthy workers at Hopewell location. Went there for Covid test the nurse was soo afraid to get near me to get the sample so she only touched my nose from outside with cotton swap, I was told that I will get the result back in 48 hours it’s Ben 10 days and I never get the result back i Ben calling every day spend an hour to get through to an unprofessional person who doesn’t know what’s going on with my test all they tell you it’s still pending .how long can a patient wait to get the results of that deadly COVID?

Unfortunately had the worst customer service for a doctor's office ever. I never made it into the office. To make appt on hold for 15 minutes, then week of appt the office calls that they have to cancel because doctor has telemedicine visits scheduled so is unable to see me.
