Horrible, black cop N.Jackson aggressively handle and slammed my friend(woman) on the ground and busted her mouth. The other cops were very reserved. He aggressively handle a woman that wasn’t aggressive at all.

I'm grown now and have been thinking a lot lately.... Years ago I had a run in with the nch police due to issues at my home. When they showed up one of the officers asked if I was acting like the N word..... still haven't forgot and I hope y'all have changed over the years. Personally, I think you're trash and don't respect any of you. I can only hope you're doing your jobs more professionally and keeping my old neighborhood safe.

On Thursday 17th 2019 I called 911 because my sister was suicidal, the police department arrived quickly and was very professional . they took charge of the situation, I forgot to say thank you for your help. and the medical unit was great as well, also thank you for your help. Thank You.

Police officers are only responsible for enforcing laws in their own jurisdiction. The City of North College Hill is a completely separate entity from the City of Cincinnati. As such, the City of North College Hill has its own laws and codified ordinances in addition to the laws of the State of Ohio. A police officer cannot cite or arrest for misdemeanor offenses outside of their own jurisdiction.
