Shout out to Springfield Township PD and EMT's. I've lived here 18 years and never had to call but have had two situations in July where I've needed their help. Fast, friendly and courteous.

I'm dealing with alot of emotional issues due to over 30yrs of head trauma from Professional Wrestling. 5 officers showed up looking like they were ready to swat team me. Long story short, I wanna give praise to Sgt. Marc Downs for taking the time to defuse me and the situation and actually listening to me and offering mental health help for me. I'm only giving 4 stars because there was another Sgt on scene that when I stood my ground about what wasn't gonna happen he kept egotistically smirking at me. Anyways again this is about the Professionalism, Willingness to listen and hear me out, the recommendations for help, and more. The other officers were also Professional but I didn't get their names, but I want to thank them also for their patience and professionalism. But the other Sgt whom I called Sgt Smirk needs more sensitivity training..... Thank You Again Sgt. Marc Downs for all you did. More Officers need to be like you and follow in your footsteps.....

I recently had to call the police to my house one night. When I asked for the police Name he told me to get that information from the police report you ANIMAL and walked out my house. I will be filing an complaint on that officer.They are rude and careless to their citizens of color most definitely. I hope his body cam was on, it doe's have audio.

Bold and uncaring heartless folks! Rude and don't care about our citizens of the comminity, mainly if they're of color, a few of them that I have had contact with, not all of them. I have lost faith in the police system here.
