I have always had a wonderful amazing experience here. I've always dealt with the Section 8 department for the Housing Choice Voucher department also the inspectors that inspect the property that I'm moving in. Everybody was amazing Miss Angel Barnett has always presented things and said things in a way I could understand this program's a little complicated. She's always made sure everything was clear and that I understood it that way I wasn't in jeopardy of losing my voucher. By misunderstanding something or not doing it correctly. Even though I know I was a royal pain she was so kind and had so much patience it was a breath of fresh air literally to have someone treat you so kind that isn't in a rush and takes their time to explain things to you until they are completely sure that you understand. It's just feels really good to be treated so great. Mr.Reist is my case manager and has ALWAYS had my back by explaining and walking me through the process so I get it right and can make sure I don't mess anything up that could jeopardize my voucher for housing also I am disabled and he has worked with me and has been so understanding in regards to being able to get there because the building is located far out and without a car it's very difficult for me so he made sure I could do everything over the phone and through email and fax and with him and Angel's help it is made my experience there an absolute pleasure. The inspectors I have dealt with over the years have been very professional courteous and very efficient. SO TO ALL OF YOU AT BCMHA HCV DEPARTMENT. I JUST WANTED TO TAKE TIME OUT AND LET YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE YOU & THE EXTRA MILE YOU ALWAYS GO. SO THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FROM THE.BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

They expect everyone to be tech savvy. I messaged them back that I don't know how to print the PDF out and I keep getting the same response. I even left a message for Angela Barrett don't know if I will get a reply

Are you accepting applications for section 8 senior housing?
BMHA has housing opportunities in both Hamilton and Middletown. Visit the website www.butlermetro.org.
You need to call them and tell them.
You can reapply.
Yes long as it’s 3 years old and it ain’t gun are drugs
Its more of how they hook it up check with your lanlord. If your in a house some people don't want holes drilled but you can run it through window. Ask them which service providers they allow.
They work pretty quickly, call them and ask for Angel. She can tell you everything you need to know about porting in
Butler metro does help with housing. I am not sure of all the details. Stop there and check. There are 2 different sections that help different groups here.
I think if you on section 8 that you have to find your own home that accept that voucher. Public housing you stay in apartment/townhouse that is under them but they let you choose which area. I used to be under public housing.
No there not accepting any at all and they don’t know when they goin to sadly
They do yes call there phone line it gives you there fax number !
This
I not section 8 wrong #
I lost my job and have no way to pay for my house how do I apply for section 8 to get a home
I would call because they do not check this website. Good luck sweetie I hope it all works out for you. I signed up online and I totally forgot in 3 years later I got a letter in the mail. Make sure all your information as far as your address and your phone number stays updated with them cuz you could miss your chance.
It may come timorrow
Yes they are called john Henry long tower
I would call and ask because it depends on why you were evicted. Like if it was because of illegal activity verses non-payment of rent. I believe if it's the latter you have to wait 3-5 years but don't quote me on that.
You will receive a letter saying whether you are accepted. But they will get you a place. You can always call them
If you are a Serior citizen or handicap you are placed first. Also being in homeless shelter. It's not a lottery
Because you live in the Haven House ask them. You'll get on the list faster because your in there
They do have a list of places they have. That does not mean they are available. If you go on the website you can see what they have.

No smoking went into effect about a month ago. You must be at least 25 feet from building.
It took them a little less than a year to call me back. I can never get them on the phone. I would suggest visiting the office.
