We have been here for 16 years and have never had a problem. Our neighbors are wonderful! John, the owner, has always addressed our issues promptly and professionally. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is parking can be a bit of a dilemma sometimes. The electric used to go out fairly often but since switching to Butler County Rural it has gotten much better. There are several families with children who are respectful and find creative ways to play and have fun.
