A great location with pretty on top of things workers. The ladies did a fantastic job getting us taken care of with a positive attitude. Lots of lanes to take care of people in busy times. First thing on a Friday they had 4 ladies working the lanes.

Wait time is always crazy you got to get there early then people still cut in line after you been waiting a hour outside in a disfunctional line
Chris Barger
Took my daughter to take her temp test today, the older lady working the desk is very rude,
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
Because they are staffed to help people there, not on the phone.
50 dollar i believe
The take all kind of payment and they also have ATM if you want to pay cash.
The BMV has the option to take the permit test in multiple different languages, it just must be specifed before you take it!
It is best to call but you can also go back online and it'll tell you if you have one scheduled if you try to schedule another one
How much does it cost to update to get license
Yes you need to take the written test again if your current temp license has expired.
You should be able to look it up on the BMV website.
Yes
Can I get a state id without a birth certificate I have had one before
In Ohio, you have to contact s BMV and make an appointment . You'll need proof of ID, and residency;the site says 5 forms of proof. There's a form to fill out. Then, if it's a replacement license, it'll cost $26.
No I sure don't sorry
Yes
They don't look at proof but they do ask
Walk in and give them your name. Arrive a bit early. If you are going for your temps, there is a computerized test. If you're going for your full driver's license, walk up to the desk and give them your name. The full license test is held outside. You'll need a driver (probably the person who drove you there) who has to be in the car during the test. They will need ID and so will you!
No sorry
I don't think that they are open at all tomorrow
You need to contact the court that has the block and find out what you need to do with them, pay fines, any requirement they ask for, then you get a paper from them and take it to bmv fulfill there requirements ex. Fines reinstatement fees and then you can get your license
I believe that depends on what tipe of car or truck you have, Go to www.ohio.gov And withdraw the information u need,
I believe you get your tags in Fairfield and as long as you have all your paperwork
Go to the dmv and just get ur tags
If you have a ssc bring it with you just 2 be safe. If its not expired it should work. We just did a walk in. But you can do it on line so you don't have to wait in the line.
Yes
9 dollars for a I'd they give you a printout of a I'd then , and it takes 10/20 days to get the original I'd in the mail
20 to 30
I would go to your local BMV Office to answer your question. There will be a staff person that is controlling the amount of people who enter the bldg. They were very helpful in answering questions. She/he can look up your situation. No one is answering their phones right now. I believe they will answer your question and help you figure out why it is taking so long. I do not believe that is a reasonable amount of time for you to receive your sticker.
They are busy with people inside and outside of the building
Yes
I just saw on the news they will open for tests starting Friday. You used to be able to schedule an appointment on line i would try that
No, Tuesday thru Friday
Yes you can
Social security card, birth certificate two pieces of mail with your name and address on like a cable bill, phone bill, light bill, water bill
Depends on vehicle
You have to go to a title office but all BMV's and title offices closed at 12pm 11-09-19 due to system updates
It's all online https://www.bmv.ohio.gov/driver-license.aspx
I believe u do
It's called a drivers abstract, current license and pay small fee
Which driving test, computer or on the road test?
You can purchase replacement temp plates but the date won't change.
not sure call
All I do is just show them my drivers license. But for the 1st time you'll need your car title.
they always been closed on sundays
You do not need an appointment to take the knowledge and vision (written) test to obtain an Ohio TIPIC. The temporary packet cost $22. If the driver to be is under 18, they'll need a certificate stating they have completed a driver ed class at a licensed driver training school (includes 24 hrs of classroom or online instruction + 8 hrs of driving time.) Has completed 50 hrs of driving, with at least 10 hrs of night driving, in addition to the driver ed reqs. with an adult at least 21 yrs old. Is holding a valid temporary instruction permit identification card (TIPIC) for at least six months. Over 18 yrs old - no appt required for vision & knowledge test. Once passed & purchased the TIPIC, Driver can practice driving with a licensed adult at least 21 yrs old The cost for road test differs with age, the range is $19.25 - $24.25. For more info https://www.bmv.ohio.gov/dl-driving-tests.aspx Fees are in a downloadable PDF from the site.
Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm
Do I need an appointment???
Ohiobmv.gov has a list of acceptable documents but for standard just your old license, compliant birth certificate or passport 2 forms proof of address and marriage licenses or court order name change if your name doesn't match your other documents
It's 8.50
nothing I think
and piece of mail in ur name with your address on it
haven't had to take it in 20+ years
$8.50 if just a plain Ohio I.D. NOT a drivers license.
Yes & no. If you need a title transfered they will charge a fee and it will take some time for them to send it to the title office where the new title is created or you can just drive over to the office yourself and get it, which I highly recommend. It's very close to this BMV. You'll get the title within a matter of minutes and pay one less fee. But the title office is not open on weekends and I think it closes at 4 or 4:30 on weekdays.
Now this was 20 some years ago but, what I remember is, there is no designated fax number. The last time one of my family members or friends were required to send the BMV a fax, they were told to call ahead & let them know, so they could connect the phone line to their fax machine. Then wait about 15 minutes to call them again to make sure they received it. I remember how most times you had to call back much later or the next day because that person would forget to remove the fax from their phone line.
Anytime as long as it's not too close to closing time.
You have 6 months after your birthday for your driver's license. They will be an extra fee.
What are the hours on Saturday
Yes
