The R6 Hamilton to Springdale driver could use a lesson in communication and manners. While I understand the need to enforce the COVID precautions, I don't believe it is necessary to harass riders or threaten to put them off the bus. I will be riding the R4 in the morning from now on. I choose not to start my day with such an unpleasant person.

I called in for ride to take me to a job interview. I sat.outside starting @ noon. Called in at 12;30 because they hadn't shown up. I was told they showed up already at noon. I had been sitting outside the entire time. Get with it guys!¹

Call BCRTA and give them the details of where you need picked up at and dropped off at and the associate can give you the correct answer. The R1 has a stop in front of WalMart and Bridgewater Falls but it depends on where you are coming from originally.

yes, we connect at Tri County Mall with several Metro routes. you can Ride the R4 or R6 to Tri County.

Yes. The R4 and R6 routes overlap Hamilton Co Metro stops in Forest Park, Springdale, and Tri County. You cannot transfer though and will have to pay Metro fare.
