Went to this location after dropping off some paperwork to be overnighted over a week ago (Pre-printed envelope with address). When I took it in the lady told me to drop it in the box. Package was never sent out according to records. When I spoke with the general manager today, he questioned everything I told him, then asked if "I was sure I dropped off the envelope". Then insisted he was "positive I had the wrong tracking number" Finally this clown claimed I never dropped it off and I needed to call a phone number. You are the manager, it is your responsibility to get to the bottom of my package YOU LOST. Absolutely horrible customer service skills. These were important documents pertaining to my elderly father I care for.

We had amazing service. Walked in and Randall knew exactly what we needed and helped us through the entries thing. We were in and out in just a minute or two!

Go out of your way to use a different FedEx location. They are extremely unhelpful here, aren’t willing to help you out. Go to a fedex location inside of a Walgreens. They are much more helpful.
