The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. My patient coordinator Stephanie, was really helpful and explained the botox process thoroughly for my first session. Definitely will be recommending them to all my friends.

The staff is amazing and you’ll see results. And very easy to talk to about any issues or problems you may be having. Which is why I am now going there for all of my female needs!

Why do you not take state and federally funded insurance programs? Everyone should be able to get exceptional care from the excellent doctors in the office. I find that the office is becoming profit focused and not on patient care.

It is a fair question, one that many private practice physicians are faced with, and is a very tough decision. There are hundreds of insurance carriers with many plans each, all with different regulations to participate, and it is impossible to be able to be a network provider on all of them. And, in my experience, the rules and regulations of the state and federal insurance programs (and the penalties for not complying with them) are far more onerous than the private insurance world. It is becoming increasingly difficult for providers who practice functional medicine and offer bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, like our practice, to accept insurance in their practice as many of these therapies are not covered. We offer special self-pay rates for patients who have insurance we are not in network with and we do periodically review these programs to see if the situation warrants reconsideration. Thank you for your question. ~ Dr Brenner

When and why does your office not except seniors and persons on medicare?

Our practice is happy to accept patients of all adult ages. Unfortunately, we do not have a contract to accept Medicare. This means that for those patients, visits to our office would be self-pay, but we are happy to accept them as patients. Contracting with insurances is a tricky business and we are unable to contract with all insurances. For this reason, we have a self-pay rate for patients whose insurance are not accepted. If there is any question regarding what insurances we are contracted with or the cost of our services, please call our office and speak to one of our knowledge customer service representatives.
