There is a license office and a title office right beside each other, this review is for the Warren county title office, but as for the license office, I would not go to that license office and would opt to go to the one in Loveland because as other reviews have said, there is always a line extending out of the building and you will not have any pleasant time with this license office (I would give it a one star). The one in Loveland is well-run, orderly, pleasant, and courteous to your needs. As for the title office, it does not have a line and seems to always be available since there are usually not many people in there. For transferring an out of state vehicle to OH, they require an vehicle inspection form which can be completed at a licensing agency (do not go to the one next door) or at a car dealership. There is a car dealership 0.3 miles down the road called Becks Auto Group selling used cars which will perform the $5.00 cash vehicle inspection that takes about 10 minutes. If you are moving from out-of-state to this area in OH I recommend going to a car dealership for the vehicle inspection form completion, then the Title office first to get a title, then to the Loveland BMV to get your OH license and registration (reserve your place in line at the BMV website and they will call you when they are ready).
