Clean rooms with basic amenities; TV, AC, small refrigerator and microwve. Decent service. Staff are helpful and keep the place well maintained. I stayed here during Covid lockdown. Convenient location with washers and dryers,

It says 55 but i pay around 65 for taxes and stuff...but its a pretty decent place..

There is no monthly rate. However, the per night price does drop in seven day increments, with 28 or more days being the cheapest. Also, the exact cost varies depending on exactly which room is available. I can only speak for my experience, which is $34/night for 28 plus (30-31) nights. (Edited: sorry, it's early)
