Action spa has been great at fixing our cal spa that decided to stop working. Calling to schedule an appointment for someone to diagnose the problem was easy. The staff are very easy to talk to and are very accomodating. Unfortunately, Kevin from Action Spa, had to come back 3 times to fix different issues for our spa. Kevin, thank you so much for coming back and fixing our spa. Action spa I would say is trustworthy and if there are any issues, they will correct it. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. You guys have been great!

The service tech (Jorge) showed up early and got straight to work. He went through every component of my spa to try and figure out what was wrong and fix it, instead of just telling me the most expensive part was bad/needed replaced and leaving. He took the time to explain what was wrong/why and was just as happy as i was once it was fixed. I have already recommended them to a friend and will definitely use them in the future. Honest, reasonable and hard working company. Thank you so much for getting my spa up and running again!!!!
