On three separate occasions, I asked three different employees, how often the lint traps for the dryers were cleaned. They each told me, twice per week, on Sunday and Wednesday. They are supposed to be cleaned daily. I hate that my clothes come out with other people's lent and hair and animal fur. As a result, I do not use their dryers. This also causes me to wonder what may be going on with the washers. Don't like Roy's on McKinney.

I wish the were a button for zero stars! I’ll start with the owner 1st! He walks around with a gun and looks down on people! He and his staffs are races! They treat you as if you are poor and trying to scan them of money! For example, if the machine takes your money or if the machine is broken and doesn’t wash your clothes they will start an argument with you as if you are lying just so they won’t give you your money back! Let me share my last most recent experience, I went to wash at 6am I had two load of clothes! I put them on at the same time one load finish the other one was stuck Rinse cycle so I push the stop button that didn’t work so I call the office no answer! I called 15 more times no answer left a message! I went home went to sleep got up and ready for work it’s 3pm I go back to the laundry place they turn the machine off and opens it then leave my clothes were soak and wet they didn’t try and put it in another machine nor try to contact me there was nothing I could do but put them in the dryer they didn’t get dry because the amount of water that was left on them! Needless to say they are the worst company on this earth and do not deserve to take of space here!

Very cheap. But wow disgusting. The dryers had food and gum all over them. I wont be back. Place is filthy i kept slipping on dryer sheets. But thats because of the customers. I understand they cant clean 24/7 but the dryers is gross. I cant deal with that.

This place is ALWAYS dirty! Machines always broken. No attendant on duty If you lose your money in machines good luck catching someone. Roy has a good scam going. After 20mins in the ash still no water and timer still on 21mins. When it some be on 7. I can only hope I can come back and get money spend back!
