Ordered a chili dog with extra chili, it took 25 minutes to get it. The chili was cold, the bread soggy and no extra chili!!! Will never return!!

Sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes waiting on one burger, when I got the burger it was incorrect, missing an entire patty and the bun was stale. Did not get a receipt so I was unable to exchange the error in the order.

Ordered 2x5 piece tender dinners. Always been great. Order online. Today husband got there and they go oh what order. He told then and said wait. They did not see order . so he had to wait. Got home gravy was thin as water. The hash browns no brown white cold not eatable the toast burnt. Chicken soft cold gooey. Really.

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to, and that is saying a lot. Their food and drinks taste different than other locations. Last time I ordered a slush and it was just liquid that had never been blended with ice. And tonight I saw teenaged employees dancing in there as I waited 25 min for a sundae and was one of only two cars there…
