I just moved in here on on 7/8/22 and the process couldn't have been easier! Ashley helped me through the whole process and I can't thank her enough! She listens and cares about concerns that you may have, shes awesome!The apartment inside looks updated and new and I'm excited to call this place my new home! Thanks Ashley and Lake Shore!

I just wanted to say Don Moore came thru for me on this apartment. An this man was very busy. Up to his eye balls in work, an getting things maintained. VI was so excited to get this apartment. They are very well kept. Don't smell bad. So far I have not seen any pest problems. Unlike last apartments:( It feels like a place you can call home. They lay out is nice. Updated with good appliances. Has a little desk area. A screened in patio. I mean I am really happy with it. Thanks Don! I can't wait to show pictures.

We’ve lived here for a year now and it’s the best little apartment complex we’ve lived in. Carol and Twila have been nothing but amazing and so friendly. They truly make us feel cared for and are quick to communicate with us. The apartments are nice and quiet with little kids playing around, which makes it feel like a little community. The parking situation can be a hassle sometimes if you get home after 12am but we finally bought a covered spot and it works just fine. The rent is already very reasonable so an extra $30 for a covered spot is not bad at all. We plan on staying at this amazing complex until we have to move to a new city! :-)
