I've received this catalog for some years now, and purchased items mostly for gifting daughter,sister etc. Customers will definitely come across some unique pieces, however this retailer should improve their stock department. on more than one occasion prepared to buy a coat or jacket that was literally "discontinued" by the time payday arrived. have not had this experience with other online catalogs. frustrating to say the least

I returned pillows because not as soft as blankets. Considering the cost of this product I would expect excellent service. The return process was a nightmare I do not recommend ordering from this company!!!
