Dear Dr. Green, I'm writing from Chicago after I was gone for two weeks in Fresno, tending to a brand new grandchild. In the midst of all this, I contracted strep throat and was sent to Sylvia from your urgent care facility at 7471 North Fresno Street. Sylvia turned out to be a saint. Having no car, she helped me map out a plan to get to the CVS pharmacy. I was dizzy after my appointment, so I was having a hard time finding the CVS. In Sylvia's generous way, she pulled me over to ask if she could drive me to the pharmacy, which I was grateful for since I felt to terrible. There aren't too many Sylvias around who cater to patients in the way that she did. I'm grateful that I was one of her patients. Thank you for providing the care that you do. I saw Savanna, NP at Premium Urgent Care on Fresno St today. She was awesome and her staff was too! I would recommend going there because she is very personable and she cares. She made sure that I was well taken care of.
