If you value peace of mind, do not pick this company. They managed our HOA, expected us to do at least half their job for them or it just simply would not get done, waited till problems were severe before saying or doing anything about it, nearly impossible to get ahold of them but when they want their money oh they'll be in contact diligently, and to top it all off there's now a fee to pay online no matter how you pay. It baffles me they're still in business.

Vertex is my hoa and I’ve been calling and emailing them for over a week about a possible foundation issue that they refuse to get back to me about. Maybe a bad public review about a potential safety issue will get them to respond

Why does no one ever answer the phone or return calls? I've called a number of times, and left messages including my phone number, and the group at Tanners Gate NEVER answer or return calls! Terrible customer service!

They already had it! But, they didn't let anyone in Sherwood Village (the single family condos) know about it!! We have asked repeatedly, even have a special box near the mailboxes for notices, but NOTHING!
