Merchandise is pretty good BUT the dressing rooms being closed for so long is getting ridiculous. When I asked why they are still closed they just say they are understaffed. They need to open them up and just put signs in there stating that you have to bring EVERY piece of clothing back out of the room even the items you DO NOT WANT with the hangers on them and put them back in a certain area (a designated rack.) People understand that they are short staffed and do not have time to care for the dressing rooms. Betting most people would gladly cooperate in order to be able to try on stuff. They are creating just as much work for themselves with so many returns!

Nice store, well organized, one of the biggest I've seen. My only complaint is the lack of dressing rooms "per CDC guidelines" which is odd since most other goodwill stores have reopened their dressing rooms as well as most other clothing stores. So the excuse makes little sense and is likely more that they don't want to deal with them. It makes me less likely to return as I dislike buying things that I'll have to come back and exchange when they don't fit.

Florence location excellent, and great customer service. Independence location was not knowledgeable nor had a good selection and looked cluttered!

Kate is right. They don't do pick ups, although in North Carolina they do! Try the Nextdoor App. It's great and community based. And it's Free!! Good luck!
They take everything. Just pull up at donation dock on left side of store, and someone will help you unload your donations
Don't know what time exactly it is for drop offs, but I do know that they say they are open til 8p.m. and they have been closing at 6p.m. last two times I went there..
Try Valley Thrift on Reading Road or St. Vincent's on Este in Ohio. They both have a great selection of all the items you're looking for and it's worth the trip. This Goodwill location does not.
Masks. You are responsible for social distancing. I did not go back for over a year until I was fully vaccinayed..
I'm sure they do . Most other Goodwills accept furniture , may want to call them first to be sure.
No they do not.
I believe they would providing they weren't loose.
Go pick one up at Goodwill
I was there over the weekend I didn't see any unless they put some out.
They most likely will, but I would call the store first. The only thing is they don't do pick ups. You would have to bring it there yourself.
