I brought my Kia Sorrento to the service department because of a pronounced knocking under the driver seat and the growling around the exhaust system they told me an oil change would fix both of the problems so I got an oil change. Now I have fresh oil and the same knocking and and growling sounds, so nothing was really fixed but at least hopefully I got new oil. I was a little sad because I was looking for a relationship with a Kia service and sales department since I like the Kia vehicles, I’ll just keep looking, I hope that new KIA sales and service department is in my near future.
