This place is a JOKE. I’ve never once had a good experience here and I’ve given them about 10 chances. Nobody there knows what they’re doing and everyone makes up rules their own rules as they go because they’re different every-time. The employees are super rude and quite literally do not know what they’re doing.The place itself is a dump. It always smells and the ceiling is rotting. Everything is dirty. Wouldn’t even waste your time here.

Nothing wrong with it except they say they won't give a receipt for packages if they are busy "more than 2 people" it's just frustrating because I own a small business and I need to provide proof to customers sometimes because their packages don't scan and I don't have proof.

The manager is always helpful. THE INVESTIGATOR IS AS RUDE AS YOU COULD POSSIBLY BE!! He wants to pin the problems everywhere else and talks rudely to others, I had a problem and when we were finished he rudely told me someone was lying(in my household) and walked away without ever fully resolving the situation. (At least I got my packages). I highly suggest dealing with the Northpark station over this one! They get 5 stars compared to this place. I think I will switch to UPS or FedEx from now on.
