The place is filthy, hallways are littered with full garbage bags that don't get removed, floors haven't been vacuumed in who knows how long, Don't be fooled by the appearance when you first walk in. The lobby is the only area they clean. Air conditioning is a joke and maintenance doesn't know how to fix the problem. Asking for another room got me thrown out on the second day of a five day booking. Not that i intended to continue my stay in a room that was 85° when the a/c had been laboring to reach the set temperature of 72° for over 24 hours.Most of the front desk staff are personable, so that's a plus. No towels in bath. Tub looked like it was made of chalk because the finish has been worn through. I didn't see any bugs or roaches but I did see lots of cigarette ashes around the end table, along with burn marks on every piece furniture. No bed spread or cover, just a sheet that I'm fairly sure hadn't been changed after the previous guest checked out. Don't look for a housekeeper as there don't appear to be any. You now have a brutally honest review, do with it as you will.

DONT STAY HERE. I booked 1 night and arrived at 10pm. At 7am I went to my car and fell asleep in the driver's seat. It's been some pretty tough times for me lately. I woke up to a lady in an SUV demanding to know if I was a guest. I said yes, and she asked for my room number. I told her, being polite. She then said to get out of her parking lot and she's calling the police. I am so so so confused. I wasn't doing anything. I went inside to tell the front desk what happened. She turned out to be an employee. She was extremely confrontational for no apparent reason. Told me she was sick of me sitting in my car with the door open every night.... I've never stayed there before the previous night. I told her this, and she said she was going to "take care" of this right now, and went to call the police. A man, her coworker stood there looking uncomfortable but didn't say anything. When I tell the story it sounds like I'm leaving parts out, because it's so ridiculous but it's true. to avoid the police, i left shortly after 7am and had to cancel work. I will be demanding a refund. Also, while packing up, I encountered a cockroach. gross. this place is run down and the manager needs to be in a different industry. She's looking for a fight in any way she can. I've never been thrown out of any place ever. I'm very considerate and quiet.

No stars here; well I tries to post with no stars but it needed at least one otherwise it wouldn't post. The online pictures looked decent but this place definitely needs to be shut down. Horrible smell, marijuana aroma almost everywhere; very old building with patched up walls, the carpet was super old and was not vacuumed. The door did not close correctly. There were also ants on the counter. The AC cover fell off and the carpet around it was wet. We had reserved 3 nights at $88.00 each, we thought we had found a great deal. My wife was almost vomiting, not sure how we made it to the room. We did not stay.. and as you may know there is no refund. Do not reserve here; it will be your nightmare. We ended up a few miles away at the Hilton Garden.

I have stayed here 3 times, so these issues are not a fluke. The door locks are faulty. On my first two stays, the door key would randomly stop working, and I'd have to go get it reset at the front desk. On my third stay, the door wouldn't lock at all! This obviously made me feel unsafe, especially considering the level of noise and activity here. There were no towels in our room, and broken furniture. There are signs that say it is a smoke-free hotel, yet the entire place reeks strongly of smoke. Trash litters the hallways, stairs, and bedroom carpet. Overall, I'm quite disgusted with this place.
