Original review was deleted. Worst property management company I have ever experienced. 1.You cannot get a hold of anyone in the office 2. If you have maintenance issues, they will take a very long time to fix any issue 3. AC was broken d/t motor going out because filter hadn't been changed in 7 months upon move in. We were without AC for 3 days. 4. Hot water heater has been broken for over 4 days. Still no one has come out to fix it. Despite messages promising to resolve the issue. Such as,"you wouldn't allow our technician in" not true. (3 kids in the house and no hot water) 5.Upon trying to pay deposit and driving 30+ miles to pay no one was in the office,when we were assured someone would be there 6. Garage door stopped working,took over a week to fix 7. Alarm system in the house went off and they had no idea how to turn it off. We had to rip wires out of the wall & repaint. 8. They are going to respond to this trying to justify why they haven't fixed the issues in a timely manner. If you're a homeowner do not use them,if you are looking to rent,do not use them If you currently rent from these people my advice is to seek legal help. They will lie, they will make things up. I have messages upon messages to prove this. Best of luck! They will transfer you to another person who cannot/will not help if you do get so lucky to get through to someone.

We no longer require the traditional security deposit. We have engaged with SayRhino Insurance to satisfy security deposit requirements. Rather than paying a large security deposit you will be able to pay a premium as little as $5.00 per $1,000.00 of coverage. The amount of the policy is normally equivalent to one month’s rent, although it may vary depending on your credit. The policy must be procured before you can move in. Yes, lease signing is mandatory. You can do so by online. A lease stipulates each party’s rights and responsibilities. Most of our lease agreements span 12 months.
We use an electronic lock box for most of our properties. You may schedule a showing that is convenient to you between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. To arrange for a property viewing for an occupied property, you’ll need to contact us through the contact information on the listing. Please note that we need at least 24 hours to schedule a viewing as we’re required to provide existing tenants with adequate notice.
