The onsite manager, Felicia, at the 1344 W. 105th street facility in Chicago is such a pleasure to do business with. Her professionalism, accommodating, and caring manner is so exemplary of the fine establishment she's overseen for many years. During my time of need in regards to desperately requiring immediate storage space to accommodate the personal belongings of deceased loved ones, I'm so very glad to have chosen Metro Self Storage as my go-to spot.
