I do strongly urge anyone to look over all of the information Sandy provides as far as instructions even before you pick up your new family member. We have only had Jack four day's and potty training, feedings, and getting our schedule down so far has worked wondrously thanks to Sandy's instruction and willingness to always answer even after we have had him!!
