Waited one hour in store for availability of parts /Richard kept taking phone calls 😬 and then (thought ) he had my part !! TRIED EMAIL ING THEM NO RESPONCE Good old Ebay 👍

Though we were told our mower couldn’t be fixed, we were charged $300. We took our mower to a different shop and found that the things Harolds told us were fine were the issue. Coincidentally, the wiring has been backward. When contacted Harolds to confront them, they reported they wired it correctly and wired it back when we picked it up. This issue ended up costing us an additional $1500.
