My family and I arrived at the hotel, nice location, however, the owner as well as his wife are rude. The rates fluctuate according to the beds as well as according to how many people are in your room. The beds are old and worn down, they have bed bugs, roaches are in the room, and the curtains are old, have holes in them. The blankets and sheet are not clean. This Inn, is horrible and need to be updated on everything. Why is the refrigerator in the bathroom, that is unsanitary. I will be calling the Dallas Texas Health Department and reporting this because no one should have to deal with these issues when coming to an Inn, hotel, or motel. If I could I would give this Inn a zero or no stars at all, because of the noise, and the issues with the bugs, outdated everything, and it's ridiculous 🙄.

Pretty good place . New renovated rooms and cheap

We stayed here when we were broke down in dallas. It is a good place to stay. The only minor thing was the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work so it got really hot when taking a bath.
