Ok so the very skinny white lady at the drive thru window is very RUDE. She acts as tho i did something. She didnt speak. Didnt say thank you. And looked at me like she wanted to hit me in my face. U just lost a customer. I will let the african american fedex drivers know how u treated me . bad business

Ridiculous. I paid an additional $1.25 on top of the original $3.29 to have my fries smothered. They blobbed a spoonful of cheese on top the fries. I asked them to fix this and it took 3 people to explain to me that they needed to charge another $1.25 to fix it.

Worst jack in the box to come to at night. They always say they're out of things. Last time I got stuck in line because they didn't have anything I wanted, which was a shake and a salad. I then asked for a Fajita pita and they didn't have that either. Waste of time.

I stopped this morning on the way home. I was super pleased with the tacos and breakfast jack we ordered. The food was hot and fresh!!!!!!! Crispy crispy fresh tacos! Not a greasy mess
