I don't know if it's just Popeyes in and around Dallas Texas.... I came to this location solemnly because I dont learn! 3.4 avg review and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a number one and I understand that pictures are curated and the reality is different, but by God at least I expect it to be very close to the picture in the menu. Oh but no, they gave me what they wanted. I got a 2 bottom hard and dry bun chicken sandwich little to no spicy sauce and 1 pickle. I am done with Popeyes for a good while.

Freight Train

You can almost never hear what they're saying. They can almost never hear what you're saying. The drive-thru equipment really needs a lot of work. Doesn't help that the panel is directly facing the highway.... So lots of reflected road noise being dealt with by both customer and business

If I could give zero stars then that's what it would be! Let's see, where too begin. The store still has walk up service when all restaurants are inside dinning again, only a few select side- items that on the menu, chicken was small and over cooked, not to mention purchased items not in bag. And after all of that...no one answers the phone to question what had happened. Never again will I eat at this location as people should be aware.

Husband did an online order to make the pickup quicker. The doors were locked and nobody would bring the order or even acknowledge him. Ended up waiting almost 30 minutes in the drive thru so there’s really no point in having an online order up if you’re still going to wait in line and then wait while they make it. The fries tasted like they were pulled from old motor oil. The chicken was half cooked and the bean were tasting on the burned side. Complete waste of money as none of it was edible. Couldn’t even salvage the experience with some decent customer service. This store either needs an overhaul of management or a visit from the health department.
