I wanted to give this place 0 stars because my ice cream was extremely soft when she scooped it out and not hard so by the time I got home which is 3 mins away my ice cream was completely melted hated this location never going back 👎🏼

I was quite shocked by the condition of the store, the toppings all looked old, there were little gnats flying around the ice cream station was a mess. I was not impressed, yet I still ordered a cup of ice cream. I was quite shocked by the price, a small was $6.99. Will not be going back any time soon. I did notice they had ready made cakes available. They looked good.

Went there specifically for the Nintendo flavors with the matching character-specific cups. When I ordered mine, they short changed me on the amount of ice cream and put the Super Mario flavor in an Animal Crossing cup. When we asked about it they tried to say it was "randomized " which is total BS. For the price they charge, they could at least give me the dang character cup I wanted.
