Sometimes when I photograph a paper receipt the app misses some entries but the eReceipts taken directly from Amazon Fresh are always correctly applied. It'll take you forever to save up enough points to trade them in for a gift card to the store of your choice but it's okay if you're a remarkably patient person. Each paper receipt gets 25 points plus additional points for items you may have purchased which are represented by the Fetch app... BUT it takes 10,000 points to get a $10 giftcard to a store... even more if you want a $10 Visa cash card. I've got to save 600 more points to get a $25 store giftcard but then I'm giving up. It's too much hard work. 😫 I worked very hard for very little.

I scanned alot of receipt and I also got alot of point the problem now is I can't get my gift card it always shows processing for days.

Terrible. My account was deactivated because they said I was scanning the same receipt for multiple accounts! Not true. All my points I've earned gone and was told it will never be activated again. Not even a heads up. All this time wasted on this! 0 stars in my opinion. Waste of time!

I have an Amazon ereceipts for a long time, with my yahoo email, and it works well. I never, for years, have used my Gmail. Fetch will not let me edit, to remove all gmail addresses. I also can't add my yahoo which Amazon is on, with all the other companies I deal with. I have lost a fortune in points!!!!! It's up to you now

Either contact customer support through your app OR you can clear your caches &/or the data in your fetch app to resign in & start over OR close your app and reopen so it can refresh .. & hopefully 1 of those options will work out for you
